Most people that visit the Grand Canyon fly into either McCarren airport in Las Vegas or to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. However, both of these airports are more than 200 miles away from the Grand Canyon.
There is a Grand Canyon National Park airport; however, it is usually utilized only by tour companies that provide Grand Canyon air tours (such as ours) or by private aircraft.
The only way to fly to this airport is to join a tour similar to the ones we offer or purchase a private flight to the Grand Canyon National Park airport.
Yes, all of our pilots and staff are well-versed in the history and geography of the area. Our tour guides will provide information pertaining to your area of interest throughout your tour.
At this time, we do not currently offer any overnight tours. However, we do offer many tours with sunset views that offer an evening/night view of the area:
Hello, after payment what is the process that follows it? Will we get a digital receipt etc? How many people are generally in a tour like this and how will re recognise our tour guide at the airport? Also what does the hotel upgrade mean?
Thanks
After you complete a reservation on our website, you receive a receipt to your e-mail stating your purchase and your reservation number.
Within 48 hours, depending on the availability of the tour and if we have all the necessary details to finalize your reservation, you receive a e-mail confirmation and an E-ticket.
The E-ticket is a digital receipt of your purchase and a printed copy is necessary to board your tour.
This tour is conducted on a tour coach bus that fits approximately 40-60 passengers.
If you are coming in by flight, there is a tour guide waiting for you outside of the baggage claim area of your arriving flight.
The tour guides typically wear bright color clothing such as red, yellow, and orange to be easily identified.
They will also have a list with your name on it.

Yes, you are able to start this tour in Las Vegas and meet the tour at the first night's hotel.
When you are making a reservation online, please mention in the comment box section that you wish to start your tour in Las Vegas so we can arrange your travel accordingly.
Hi, I saw your sale price is $99, but I try and book and the minimum cost for 2 people is $460. Can you please clarify why? I was able to book this tour about a year ago for $99 p/p. thanks.
If you are making a reservation during a holiday date, the price per person is of $230 on the departure date of 12/30 and $200 per person on the departure date of 12/31.
In the "Easy Book" section, you must select a date of travel that is not a holiday date to receive the price of $99 per person.
Please refer to the pricing tab on the tour page for the holiday dates and pricing:
I would like to know accommodation.
I found a review, it says the person paid $199 because he didn't want to share a room with someone.
We(3 of us) are planning to participate in this tour.
Do we have to share a room? Or Can you put us into the same room? We are not willing to share a room.
Dear Sir,
Please advise breakfast is complimentary from the hotel we stay? If my flight is next day 11.35am and wish to stay in a hotel near airport, will the coach be able to drop me at the hotel?
Thanks & Regards
Melvin
We cannot confirm that the hotels include complimentary breakfast, as not all hotels booked for this tour offer breakfast service.
However, once the hotels are processed and confirmed for your order, the tour guide will be able to advise customers which hotels offer complimentary breakfast and those who do not.
The tour guide will also take customers to small markets for rest stops or restroom breaks and customers can purchase snacks or beverages at these stops.
You are also more than welcome to bring a small cooler with you while on tour, so you have cold beverages available to you throughout the tour.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer hotel drop offs.
However, we recommend the following LAX area hotel, which offers 24 hour shuttle service to and from LAX:
If you have drop off service at LAX at the end of the tour, you can call the Comfort Inn Cockatoo for pickup service and they will transfer you from LAX to the hotel location.
Thank you for your inquiry.
